A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On April 18, 2018, the Defendant: (a) around 02:30, the Seo-gu Seo-gu Daejeon, Seo-gu, Daejeon-gu, Pusscopa, on the back seat of the D cab driven by the victim C (42 scopa) was drunk and did not frank the accurate destination; (b) the Defendant expressed the victim’s desire to the destination, “weging, weging, weging to the within, and weging to the within, the within, the destination.” On the one hand, at least four times the part of the victim’s right side due to Party A’s own drinking, and caused the victim’s injury of external trauma that requires treatment for about 21 days.

Accordingly, the defendant assaulted the driver of a vehicle in operation and caused the injury.

3. The instant crime committed by the Defendant with sentence assaulted a taxi engineer who was operating while on board him/her during his/her night time.
