Defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On October 29, 2016, at around 00:15, the Defendant: (a) received a 119 first aid report from the Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si, that “any female-child Gu is injured to face”; (b) was sent to the emergency room of the party branch in the 119 emergency room in the Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si, by the victim D(333) of the first-aid staff who is a public official belonging to the Sungnam Fire Station C, who was called to the scene, and was sent to the scene at around 00:25, around 119 first-aid vehicles in the same day; (c) was sent to the emergency room of the party branch in the 59-ro, Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si; and (d) during the process of coming from the above hospital, the Defendant, by himself, assaulted the victim’s finger and her finger by walking the victim

As a result, the Defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties of the victim, who is a fire-fighting public official, dispatched for first aid activities without any justifiable reason, and at the same time, the Defendant inflicted an injury on the right hand hand hand, which requires medical treatment for about two weeks.

1. Article 334 (1) of the Criminal Procedure Act concerning the order of provisional payment;
