A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant and B are the friendships with the knowledge of elementary school from the time of elementary school.

1. On June 16, 2019, from around 22:49 to 23:01 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) proposed to the effect that, if he wishes to steals cash stored in the game room in B through telephone conversations from around 22:49 to around 23:01 on the same day, he would directly enter the game room, and if he is informed of information such as the password, he would directly enter the game room, and divide 2 million won out of the stolen money and valuables into B; (b) and (c) sought to commit a crime by consenting to this.

On June 17, 2019, at around 02:40 on June 17, 2019, the Defendant arrived at his own place of residence in the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Nam-gu, and went back the clothes of the mother to the crime; around 02:57 on June 17, 2019, the Defendant transferred B to the D building in Michuhol-gu, Incheon, and received the address, the entrance password, and the location of the credit cooperative from Mana to Mana, and then purchased Mana to be used for committing the crime while moving to the place of crime, and moved from the vehicle to the place of crime by getting off the Mana with the Mana, wearing the Mana, wearing the Mana.

On June 17, 2019, at around 03:51, the Defendant: (a) opened a door and intruded into a game room; and (b) cut off the cash amount of KRW 5 million in the said safe on the front of the game room.

Accordingly, Defendant 2 and B conspiredd the victim's property by impairing the victim's structure at night.

2. On June 17, 2019, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) at around 02:40, the roads from the front of the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City C to the H located in the Michuhol-gu Incheon Metropolitan City.
