A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

On May 30, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to three years of suspension of the execution of imprisonment with prison labor for habitual fraud, etc. at the main branch of the Chuncheon District Court on August 30, 2016.
