1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.

A. Of each land listed in attached Tables 1 and 2, each point of Attached Forms 1 through 36, and 1.

Basic Facts

A. On April 25, 200, Pream Co., Ltd.: (a) on the land listed in Annex 1 List No. 1 (hereinafter “instant land”); (b) the remaining land is referred to as “each of the instant land”; and (c) the land listed in Annex 1 List No. 1 is referred to as “each of the instant land”; and (d) the land listed in Annex 1 List No. 1 is not the land originally owned but the land was combined for several parcels in 2006, not the land originally owned. B. However, the construction of the above rental apartment was not advanced, and the defendant purchased four parcels of land in this case and a total of 650 square meters in the auction procedure for real estate rental on September 2, 2005, and completed the registration of ownership transfer in the name of the defendant with respect to the above four parcels of land on the same day.

C. In addition, on September 2, 2005, the Defendant changed the name of each other, and the present trade name is “one asset trust for a stock company.” The following (c) and multilateral real estate trust, which has been entrusted by the Defendant, preserve and manage the above four parcels of land from the Defendant, and first beneficiaries are the beneficiaries, and the Defendant is the Defendant under the credit transaction agreement with Saturdays Mutual Savings Bank.
