A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On March 16, 2007, the Defendant received a summary order of KRW 1,50,000 as a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving) from the Suwon Friwon on March 16, 200, and on November 28, 201, the Defendant received a summary order of KRW 2,50,000 as a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving) from the Seongbuk Friwon Friwon on November 2

On October 26, 2017, the Defendant driven a B knife vehicle under the influence of alcohol content of approximately 0.130% from the section of approximately 2km in the direction of alcohol 0.130% in blood, during the period of Ansan-si, Pyeong-gu, Pyeong-dong to the front day of the long-term knife-gu, Ansan-dong, Hoyang-dong, Pyeong-dong, the Defendant driven the B knife vehicle under the influence of alcohol content of about 2km.
