1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 60,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from May 25, 2016 to the day of complete payment.

In full view of the facts that there is no dispute between the parties, and the purport of the entire arguments in the evidence Nos. 1 and 2, the Plaintiff loaned KRW 30 million to the Defendant on September 2, 2014 after the due date for payment of three months, and lent KRW 10 million on September 20, 2014 without the due date for payment of three months, and lent KRW 20 million on January 3, 2015 to the Defendant for three months after the due date for payment. The Plaintiff requested the Defendant to pay KRW 60 million on several occasions before the lawsuit in this case was filed, but the Defendant did not comply therewith.

According to the above facts, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff delayed payment calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from May 25, 2016 to the day of full payment, as requested by the plaintiff, as the loan amount of KRW 60 million and after the due date for payment, which is the day following the delivery date of the original copy of the instant payment order, to the day of full payment.

If so, the plaintiff's claim is justified.
