A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

After the defendant served as an insurance designer, he/she is a person who establishes and operates an insurance agency with D (State) headquarters around 2015.

The Defendant purchased a number of insurance products with a high coverage based on knowledge on insurance products, and thereafter, had been formally hospitalized at a hospital where it is easy to be hospitalized, and did not receive proper hospitalized treatment while staying out of the hospital or staying outside the hospital.
