1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.
Reasons
A. On April 6, 1970, the registration of transfer of ownership was completed on April 6, 1970 by Suwon District Court (Seoul District Court) No. 3470.
B. B 302 square meters prior to the division (hereinafter “the land prior to the division of this case”) was divided and combined in the following order (the “Y-si D-dong” is omitted when indicating the land). On December 30, 72, 74, division B B 65 square meters (215 square meters) divided on April 28, 97, and B 211 square meters (the land of this case No. 1) E large 4 square meters and 237 large 45 square meters (149 square meters) 23 square meters and 9 large 94 square meters (30 square meters and 1440 square meters and 1444 square meters in size) G large 126 square meters and 126 large 34 square meters in size (30 square meters in size).
C. On September 1, 2006, each land category was changed to a road, and was combined into Pyeongtaek-si E-road 358 square meters on September 1, 2006.
