Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a company employee B, and the victim C (the victim C) is a person who operates B, and the defendant is an employee of the victim's company.

1. Violence;

A. At around 13:00 on March 31, 2016, the Defendant took a bath on the ground that the victim, who was seated in the auxiliary seat on a road near a D company located in the Gunsan-si, did not make the horses well well-being, and, as a matter of course, took the victim’s face and body several times, bucks down bucks twice with a knick-kacker who did not cut the knife in the vehicle, and assault the victim’s neck by putting the knife of the auxiliary seat.

B. At around 00:30 on April 01, 201, the Defendant: (a) committed assault to the Felel located in Sinsan-si E in a number of times the victim’s face and body due to drinking and launching; (b) 10 times the victim’s cell phone and 10 times the victim’s left head is cut off and 2.5cm the victim’s head is cut off.

C. On 17:00 on 17:00 on 2016, the Defendant: (a) found the victim in Suwon-gu G apartment 712, Suwon-gu, Suwon-gu, Suwon-gu, G apartment 712, and the Defendant used assaulting the victim’s body by drinking and sprinking the victim’s body; (b) caused the victim’s sprinking of her face with his/her hand, and caused the victim to tear 1.5 cm on the left left home of the victim’s face.

2. The Defendant, at the same time and place as set forth in paragraph 1(c), intruded without permission by a resident outside the apartment building without permission of the victim, on the ground that the victim does not take the part of himself/herself at the same time and place as set forth in paragraph 1(c).
