A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not more than ten months and by a fine not exceeding five million won.

Punishment of the crime

On July 12, 2016, at around 20:20, the Defendant arranged at the “C” of a sexual traffic business establishment located in Suwon-si, Suwon-si, to have a traffic officer who pretended to be a customer receive 1.20,000 won for sexual intercourse with D and sexual intercourse with female employees. In addition, the Defendant arranged to have a sexual intercourse with female employees equipped with facilities necessary for sexual intercourse, such as smuggling, from June 21, 2016 to July 12, 2016, and operated the said sexual traffic business establishment by employing female employees, and had them find out at the same time, to allow them to receive compensation from unspecified male customers for sexual intercourse with female employees.

Accordingly, the defendant arranged sexual traffic for business purposes.

It is so decided as per Disposition for the above reasons.
