Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

Around 17:50 on May 1, 2014, the Defendant driven B rocketing car by business, and the Defendant driven the two-lane 1 in front of the Nyunsan-gu Residents' Center in front of the previous week, with the two-lane 1 in front of the Nyun-gu Residents' Center in front of the previous week along the two-lanes in front of the moving intersection.

The Defendant suffered from each injury, such as knee-cons, kne-cons and tension, etc. requiring approximately 2 weeks of treatment to the same victim G (n, 24 years of age), and knee-cons, kne-cons and tension, etc. requiring approximately 2 days of treatment to the same victim H (h).
