The judgment below

In light of the records, the court below reversed the judgment of the court of first instance which found the Defendants guilty on the grounds that there was no proof of the facts charged, among the facts charged in this case against the Defendants and attempted fraud against Defendant C, and sentenced them not guilty. Contrary to the allegations in the grounds of appeal, the court below did not err by exceeding the bounds of the principle of free evaluation of evidence against logical and empirical rules and by exceeding the bounds of the principle of free evaluation of evidence, or by misapprehending the legal principles regarding the transfer of means of access under the Electronic Financial Transactions Act

In addition, the argument in the grounds of appeal that the Supreme Court's decision regarding the meaning of the transfer of the means of access under the Electronic Financial Transactions Act should be modified is not acceptable.

Therefore, all appeals are dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
