Defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall unlawfully use a motor vehicle registration number plate.

Nevertheless, on July 11, 2017, at around 16:00, the Defendant unlawfully used the car registration number plate by attaching and operating the “C” car registration number plate on the front of the vehicle of the Defendant’s operation up to 2-way way in front of the south of the Seoul Northernbuk-gun, the 4-gilh, the Gyeongnam-gun, the Eup of the Gyeongbuk-gun, the Gyeongbuk-gun, the Seoul Northern-gun, the Seoul Northern-gun, to the front of the remaining pottool.
