A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On April 17, 2015, the Defendant received a summary order of KRW 1,500,000 as a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act, and a summary order of KRW 6 million as a fine at the Incheon District Court on June 14, 2016, from the same crime, etc.

At around 16:00 on September 26, 2020, the Defendant driven a Fsch Rex sports cargo vehicle with approximately 600 meters alcohol concentration of about 0.199% under the influence of alcohol at approximately 600 meters from the front of the Cmate in Chungcheong City B to the front of the E E in the same city.
