A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete a sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.

Punishment of the crime

1. Intrusion upon residence;

A. On August 2015, the Defendant committed the first police officer on August 2015, 2015, committed the instant crime to the victim C’s house located on the second floor of the Hasung-gun Building B, Hongsung-gun, and invaded upon the victim’s residence by entering the said house through the open door.

B. On October 28, 2017, the Defendant: (a) committed the crime committed on October 28, 2017, at around 18:00 on October 28, 2017, opened a door on the ground that he was found the victim and intruded into the victim’s residence by keeping the face into the house.

2. On October 29, 2017, the Defendant: (a) committed an indecent act by force against the victim on the street in front of the building Hong-gun, Hongsung-gun, Hongsung-gun; (b) boomed the victim’s flaps; (c) flapsed the victim’s face; and (d) obstructed the victim from resisting by assaulting the victim’s face one time with blus; and (c) blus into the victim’s blus; (d) blusium flaps into the victim’s blus; (e) blusium flaps; and (e) flaps into the victim’s blusium; and (e) flaps into the victim’s blusium; and (e) flaps caused the victim by committing an indecent act by force; and (e) flapsing
