Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On September 26, 2008, the Defendant was punished by a fine of two million won by a violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Ulsan District Court on September 26, 2008, and the same court on July 2, 2009, in addition to the punishment imposed by a fine of three million won by a violation of the Road Traffic Act, the records of drinking driving are more than twice.
