1. The defendant shall be punished by a fine not exceeding 1.5 million won;

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant and the victim D are F University Industrial Designs and Professors located in Chungcheongnam-gun E, Chungcheongnam-gun, and the Defendant is a product design, the victim is a person who has visual design (advertisement).

D Professors and H professors think that they will make an advertising film department in a consistent manner, and D professors are planning to transfer to other schools.

H Professors will associate D Professors with D professors, and use students for their own interest again by using them.
