Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant, C, D, E, F, G, H, I, and J sent advertising letters to the victims from around June 3, 2013 to the Seo-gu, Gwangju, stating that they would provide loans to many unspecified people, and then conspired to buy money from the victims for the purpose of deceiving them by means of “the cost of issuing surety insurance bonds and cost of computer disposal, etc. due to lack of credit,” and by inducing them to transfer money to the victims for the purpose of issuing the guaranteed insurance policy and cost of computer disposal, etc. (the above G was from the beginning of July 16, 2013 to the victims, from around September 16, 2013 to the point of view that the victims would be in charge of distributing letters to the victims, and the above E, from around October 16, 2013 to the point of view that the victims would be in charge of purchasing new and unspecified bonds to the large number of unspecified victims including Defendant I, C, C, H, and J were to take part in the act of purchasing and distributing them to the Internet.
