The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

Around 00:50 on January 6, 2019, the Defendant: (a) sought to change the vehicle parked in front of the building B, and (b) during the dispute with the victim C (the age of 39) to move, the Defendant assaulted the victim by assaulting the victim, i.e., “a dog”, “atopy,” “aton”, “aton”, “aton”, and “aton” on the face of the victim; (c) a cigarette butts towards the body of the victim; (d) a cigarette butts towards the body of the victim; and (e) a shoulder the victim.

Judgment

(a) Applicable provisions of Acts: Article 260 (1) of the Criminal Act;

(b) Crimes of non-compliance with will: Article 260 (3) of the Criminal Act.

C. The victim withdraws his wish to punish the Defendant by submitting a written agreement on September 10, 2019.
