Punishment of the crime

[criminal history] On July 27, 2009, the Defendant received a summary order of KRW 1,50,000 as a fine for a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving), and on May 11, 2015, a summary order of KRW 1,50,000 as a fine for a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving) from the Jung-gu District Court.

In addition, on March 28, 2016, the defendant was charged with a fine of 7 million won for a violation of road traffic law at a public prosecutor's office of the Gu government on March 28, 2016, and is currently pending in the trial at the district court of Jung-gu.
