Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, from the date of the final judgment of this case, the defendants are above two years from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

1. Joint crimes of Defendant A, Defendant C, Defendant D, and Defendant E

A. From around 09:00 to around 12:00 on July 7, 2016, the Defendants, together, committed a theft of approximately 30 roots of the market price in which the victim owned by the victim I, F, G, and H, using the fluencies of the f, G, and H, in the mountain cultivation area managed by the victim I, from around 09:0 to around 12:0.

B. On May 21, 2017, from around 09:00 to around 12:00, the Defendants entered a mountain cultivating area managed by the victim I of the victims F, G, and H in the Y, and stolen approximately 50 ppuris from the market price of the victim’s possession by using f, G, and H.

2. Joint crimes committed by Defendant A and Defendant B

A. From around 09:00 to around 12:00 on May 4, 2017, the Defendants entered a mountain cultivating area managed by the victim I of the victims F, G, and H in the Y, the Defendant stolen approximately 30 roots of the market price of the victim-owned f, G, and H by using the fluent fluorial fluorial fluort.

B. On June 24, 2017, around 06:30, the Defendants: (a) entered a mountain cultivating area managed by the victim I of the victims G, F, and H in Y, and (b) stolen approximately 72 ppuris in the market price of the victim’s possession by taking advantage of the lubban luban.
