Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On October 28, 2014, at around 02:25, the Defendant: (a) abusedd and called “C” in front of the restaurant located in the Busan Western-gu, Busan, and received a report; and (b) went to the site by F of the circumstances belonging to the Busan Summer Police Station E District; and (c) asked F of the circumstances of the instant case, the Defendant asked F of the circumstances of the instant case, who was living in D, and asked F of the background of the instant case; (b) assaulted F of the said circumstances by taking a f’s dub, thereby obstructing the police officer’s legitimate execution of duties concerning the service of the 112 dispatch report.
