1. The Defendant: (a) KRW 120,00,000 to Plaintiff A; (b) KRW 120,000,000 to Plaintiff B; and (c) from August 7, 2014 to October 2015 to Plaintiff B.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The Defendant, as the representative of the “E” located in Gyeongglbuk-gun D, entered into a labor contract with the net F on July 11, 2014 (hereinafter “the Deceased”). The Plaintiffs are the parents of the Deceased.
B. On March 2, 2012, the Deceased was admitted to the digital information department at G University, and completed military service during the first-year period, and he was discharged on July 2014.
C. On July 11, 2014, the Deceased entered into a labor contract with the Defendant and caused the work to be performed in E. On August 6, 2014. On August 6, 2014, the Deceased was contacted with the pulverized pulver in the E-type pulver and died in a reduction accident.

D. In relation to the instant accident, the Deceased received 65,331,500 won as the bereaved family and funeral expenses from the Daegu North Korean Vice Governor of Korea Labor Welfare Corporation.

2. Judgment on the assertion
A. The plaintiff and the defendant asserted that the defendant, who is a PPD producer E, had a duty to take safety measures in order to prevent risks caused by electricity, heat or other energy at the place of business pursuant to Article 23 (1) 3 of the Industrial Safety and Health Act, was negligent in taking such measures, and thus, the deceased caused the death of the deceased during the process of crushing work, and thus, is liable to compensate for losses caused thereby.
