The judgment below

According to its reasoning, the court below determined as follows: (1) The resolution of expulsion and review of the instant case by Defendant School Foundation B is valid; (2) although the instant inorganic disposition is null and void due to procedural defects, it is not clear that it is not acceptable in light of social norms; (2) the resolution of each of the above dispositions and review cannot be deemed to constitute tort against the Plaintiff; and (2) both the resolution of Defendant School Foundation C’s inorganic disposition, expulsion, and review are valid; and each of the above dispositions and review decisions cannot be deemed to constitute tort against the Plaintiff.

In light of the records, the above determination by the court below is just, and there is no error in the misapprehension of legal principles as to the existence of grounds for disciplinary action, defects in disciplinary procedure, the right to receive education under the Constitution, violation of proportionality, damages, etc., mistake of facts, lack of reasons, inconsistency with reasons, omission of judgment, omission of judgment, violation of the rules of evidence, incomplete hearing, and violation of the precedents

Therefore, all appeals are dismissed, and the costs of appeal are assessed against the losing party. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
