A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On March 5, 198, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of KRW 700,00 to a charge of acquiring stolen goods at the Seoul District Court’s Seoul District Court’s Dong Branch on December 5, 1988, a fine of KRW 1.2 million to a charge of acquiring stolen goods at the Seoul District Court’s Dong Branch on August 2, 191, the imprisonment of two years to a charge of violating the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Funeral), etc. at the Seoul District Court’s Seoul District Court on December 21, 1993, three years to a charge of violating the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Funeral), etc. at the Incheon District Court on July 2, 1997; on September 3, 2003, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor at the Seoul District Court’s Seoul District Court on September 3, 2009; on October 30, 2009, the Defendant completed the sentence by imprisonment with prison labor for three years and 13 years.
On November 2013, 2013, the Defendant acquired stolen goods by purchasing KRW 900,000,000,000,000 for the market price of the victim D, the market price of which is approximately KRW 2.8 million, which was arranged by C in the vicinity of Geumcheon-gu, Geumcheon-gu, Seoul.
From that time to March 2014, the Defendant acquired six parts of 23.3 million won in total by the same method as shown in the list of crimes, even though he/she knew of the fact that it is stolen, as in the attached list of crimes, from that time, the Defendant acquired them.
Accordingly, the defendant habitually acquired stolen goods.
