1. Defendant Taeho L&C Co., Ltd.: (a) KRW 277,00,000 and its amount from September 25, 2015 to December 21, 2016 to the Plaintiff.

1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff is a company that operates signal light construction business, traffic signal apparatus manufacturing and sales business, and Defendant Seoul Electric Power Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant Seoul Electric Power”) is a company that operates electrical construction business, etc., and Defendant Taeho T&C Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant Taeho T&C”) is a company that operates specialized fire-fighting system construction business, electrical construction business, etc.

B. Around July 2010, Defendant Taeho-ho T&C and construction companies (hereinafter “around July 201,”) were jointly awarded a contract for the electrical construction project for the construction project for the construction project for the construction project for the construction project for the traditional industry complex in Jiju-do (hereinafter “instant electrical construction”). The ratio of shares was 51% of Defendant Taeho-ho T&C and 49% of the developer.

C. Defendant Taeho L&C subcontracted on July 26, 2010 51% of the instant electrical construction to the developer.

On April 12, 201, the developer concluded a modified contract with the Plaintiff on April 12, 201, regarding the construction cost of KRW 290,000,00 (excluding value-added tax) during the instant electrical construction and the construction period from April 12, 201 to September 28, 2012 (hereinafter “instant construction contract”). On October 23, 2012, the developer concluded a modified contract with the Plaintiff to change the construction cost of KRW 340,00,00 (excluding value-added tax) from April 12, 201 to November 30, 2012 (hereinafter “instant modified contract”).

E. On May 2012, the developer entered into a contract on the transfer or acquisition of electrical construction business by the developer’s electrical construction business and the electrical construction business (hereinafter “contract on the transfer or acquisition of the instant electrical construction business”) to the Defendant Seoul Electric Power Co., Ltd., and the Seoul Electric Power Co., Ltd. completed the registration of division and merger of the developer’s business part of the electrical construction business on May 17, 2012.

The details of the contract for the transfer or acquisition of the instant electrical construction business are as follows.
