Since around December 2015, the Defendant maintained a very extreme and violent living relationship with the victim from time to time on the grounds that the victim frequently drinks alcohol, etc.

Around 03:40 on June 4, 2016, the Defendant returned home to the Defendant and the victim under the influence of alcohol with the Defendant and the victim. At this point, the Defendant tried to use money to the victim.
