A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant had a credit card solicitor issued a credit card as if he had been issued with the credit card, leading the credit card solicitor to provide excessive congratulationss, etc., and made a video recording or recording of this, thereby threatening credit card solicitors and raising money.
1. On October 2013, 2013, the Defendant drafted an application with the victim C (Woo, 36 years of age) who was a Samsung Card recruiteror, as if he were issued a Samsung Card and a new card at the E coffee shop located in Leecheon-si, Leecheon-si. The Defendant offered money and valuables to the victim and received a reasonable amount of annual fees from the victim, and reported the victim to the Credit Finance Association as an illegal solicitor.
On October 10, 2013, at the 481-1 third apartment parking lot in Yacheon-si, Yacheon-gu, Yacheon-gu, the Defendant threatened the victim that “I will open to the front, but will be 1,500,000 won by agreement, depending on whether I will be able to reduce the agreed amount in cash or not.” On the same day, the Defendant received 1,50,000 won in cash from the victim of drinking, from the rear side of the apartment on the same day.
2. Around 17:00 on June 5, 2014, the Defendant demanded money and valuables from the victim F (hereinafter “F”) who was a new card solicitor, by phone, to the victim F (hereinafter “V”), who was a new card solicitor in the Hongcheon-si Hong-si, Hongcheon-si, Hongcheon-si, and recorded the phone calls that the victim would receive a reasonable amount of annual fees from the victim.
On June 12, 2014, the Defendant, around 14:05, by threatening the victim’s voice recorded in the Y apartment parking lot, 481-1, Yacheon-si, Yacheon-si, Yacheon-si, and by threatening the victim to “If the Defendant reported to the Financial Supervisory Service, to the Doz, he would cause a fine of KRW 50,000,000,000,000,000 won, if the Defendant did not report to the Financial Supervisory Service.”
