1. The plaintiff's claims against the defendants are all dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

1. Basic facts

A. On May 18, 2016, the Plaintiff and the Defendants concluded a lease agreement between the Defendants, setting the lease term of one year, the lease deposit of ten million won, and the monthly rent of KRW 400,000,000,000,000, which are owned by the Defendants as one-half shares. The Plaintiff concluded the lease agreement between the Defendants, setting the lease term of KRW 50,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000.

B. On the date of conclusion of a lease agreement, the Plaintiff paid KRW 6 million in advance for one-year rent for the building of the instant daily necessities retail store. The Plaintiff agreed to pay the lease deposit for the instant building in lieu of the lease deposit already paid to the Defendants at the time of concluding a lease agreement on the building on the building of the Vice General on December 1, 2010 before December 1, 2010.

C. On June 27, 2016, while the Plaintiff engaged in remodeling each of the instant buildings, the Defendants concluded a sales contract to sell the Gwangju North-gu D site and each of the instant buildings to E, and the Plaintiff terminated the lease contract on each of the instant buildings and requested the Plaintiff to deliver each of the instant buildings to E or the Defendants.

On July 7, 2016, the Plaintiff prepared a letter of agreement with the following contents and delivered it to the Defendants, thereby reaching an agreement with the same content (hereinafter “instant agreement”) and agreed to terminate the instant lease agreement.

The Plaintiff agreed to order the instant building until August 31, 2016, and the Defendants shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 30 million as all the agreed compensation in accordance with the order of surrender.
