Defendants shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

The Defendants did not pay each of the above fines.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A is a person who operates a trade name “D” located in Jeju City C and underground, and Defendant B was a business of providing female sex trafficking to a business establishment from the first patrol officer of early 2015.

1. On June 14, 2016, Defendant A, at around 17:30 on June 14, 2016, installed a locking room with a shower room, etc. inside the above business establishment, and then, Defendant A, upon receiving KRW 100,000 in cash from an unspecified male customer who suffered sexual traffic, provided a cash of KRW 71,00 to female E (the age of 51), provided that he/she arranged sexual traffic by allowing a female E (the age of 51) to engage in sexual intercourse.

2. Defendant B

(a) On June 14, 2016, the Defendant violates the Act on the Punishment, etc. of Acts of Arranging Sexual Traffic (Good Offices, etc.) (1) send a female sexual traffic to A around 17:13, 2016;

In contact with different telephone calls, to receive 10,000 won from sexual traffic, and to send female E (V, 51 years old) to "D" operated by A around 17:30 on the same day;

The act of arranging sexual traffic was conducted for business purposes.

(2) On May 12, 2016, the Defendant: (a) sent a female sex trafficking from the Defendant’s home located in Jeju-si G and the second floor at Jeju-si on May 12, 2016; (b) from the Defendant’s home located in Jeju-si H and the third floor, the Defendant sent a female sex trafficking from the J of “I”.

In response to the call from K, which is a woman of sexual traffic, to receive KRW 10,00,00 among the 60,000,000 from K as a brokerage fee, and to have the 'third village', which is a driver employed by the defendant, put the above K to the above "I's business and to engage in sexual traffic, thereby engaging in the act of arranging sexual traffic.

(b) No person who violates the Occupational Stabilization Act shall engage in job placement, recruitment, or supply of workers for the purpose of allowing any person to be employed in commercial sex acts or other business in which obscene acts are conducted;

Nevertheless, while operating “F”, the Defendant sent a female from the said J to the date, time, and place described in the said paragraph (2).

The call is called the above A.I.D.
