A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
around 18:30 on March 21, 2019, the Defendant ordered drinking and food at “D cafeteria” operated by the victim C in a substantial Gu, Cheongju-si.
However, as the Defendant did not have cash or other means of payment at the time, there was no intention or ability to pay the price even if he was provided with alcohol or alcohol from the above victim.

around 15:00 on May 12, 2019, the Defendant: (a) around 15:00, at the restaurant operated by the Victim H in the Gu with a considerable amount of Cheongju-si, Cheongju-si; (b) the fact was committed as if the Defendant would normally pay the price despite having no intention or ability to pay the price, and (c) did not pay the price to the victim 1, 1, 1, 4, 4, 2, and 57,000 won of the price.
