On June 6, 2014, at around 00:55, the Defendant driven an unregistered forest fluor 110CC, owned by the Defendant, from around 200 meters away from the front side of the Yannam-gun, Yongnam-gun, the front side of the Yannam-gun, the Gannam-gun, the 0.196% alcohol content.
