A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

From April 1994, the Defendant is a person who operates D Co., Ltd. for the purpose of designing, manufacturing, installing, or communication business of closed-circuit television equipment in Seongbuk-gu, Sungwon-si.

1. No person who operates a construction business with registration made by improper means shall operate the construction business without registration made by the Special Metropolitan City Mayor, a Metropolitan City Mayor, a Metropolitan City Mayor, or a Special Self-Governing Province Governor or with registration

Although the Defendant did not have any fact that information and communications engineer employed E, F, G, or H as a full-time officer or employee, and technical ability does not meet the registration standards, the Defendant registered an information and communications construction business with the ordinary south-do governor in an unlawful manner and operated the construction business by entering the name of E, F, G, and H in the list of information and communications engineers as if he/she employed the said E, F, G, or H as a full-time officer or employee at the center of the window of Changwon-si, 201.

2. In order to register an information and communications technician construction business by unlawful means as above, the Defendant borrowed the career pocketbook from another person’s information and communications technician’s career pocketbook and agreed to borrow the E’s career pocketbook in the name of the Information and Communications Engineers Association President of the Korea Information and Communications Corporation (hereinafter “Korea Information and Communications Corporation”) at the D office around June 201, by designating the E’s career pocketbook as KRW 500,000 and four as the monthly lending fee, and used the E’s career pocketbook until January 14, 2014.

From around that time, the Defendant borrowed six information and communications engineer career books by the above method in six times, such as the list in the attached list of crimes.
