Punishment of the crime

On November 2, 2013, at around 15:45, the Defendant driven a B-car without a driver’s license in approximately 50 meters from the front of the Gananandong District Public Security Center to the front road of the same side of the B-car, which is located in front of the Gannam District Public Security Center.
