A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On May 30, 2016, at around 08:00, the Defendant driven a B T-D car without obtaining a driver's license from around 36, 1, 300 meters from the front of the 36th (Yang-dong, Haak-dong) road of the same city to the 231st (Yang-dong) road of the same city.
