Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

Where the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On December 23, 2011, at around 206:20, the Defendant driven a vehicle BM520 in the state of alcohol with approximately KRW 3 km from the front of the Daegu Pungdong to the front road in the Daegu Pungdong-dong, Nam-gu, Daegu, with a blood alcohol concentration of at least 0.086%.
