When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On July 30, 2014, from around 06:30 to 07:00 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) notified at the intermodal transfer center construction site in Daegu-dong-gu 4 Dongdong-dong-dong 294 that he would suspend soil and sand transport from the Cheongan-gu, Daegu-dong-dong 4 Dong-dong 294; (b) installed and stopped access roads on the construction site; and (c) prevented access roads by allowing approximately 40 vehicles, such as sckes and dump trucks, to be used at the construction site; and (d) obstructed the victim’s civil engineering work work by force.
