Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor of one year and six months and by a fine of 500,000 won.
The defendant does not pay the above fine.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On July 16, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment for fraud at the Cheongju District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence on April 29, 2015.

1. Larceny;
A. On February 5, 2016, at around 04:00, the Defendant: (a) driven “E main store” operated by the victim C in Pyeongtaek-si D; (b) when the victim was placed on the table by using a cresh that was under the influence of alcohol, the Defendant: (c) took 1 S5 mobile phone; (d) one bank body card; and (e) one vehicle ki, etc.; and (e) driven the said victim’s vehicle with a G fishing code car worth KRW 13 million at the market price of the said victim’s possession, which was parked in Pyeongtaek-si D, using the above vehicle ki.
B. On the same day, the Defendant continuously withdrawn KRW 180,000,000 from around 04:47 to around 04:52, at the I convenience store located in H of the same day, a sum of KRW 300,000,000,000, in cash, from the ATM machine installed at the ATM machine installed at the ATM machine using the e-mail card, which was stolen as described in the above paragraph (a), and withdrawn KRW 588,00,000 in cash on two occasions from around 07:38 of the same day to around 07:39 of the same day. From around 07:45 to from around 07:48 of the same day, the Defendant withdrawn KRW 278,000 in cash from the ATM machine installed at L’s convenience store by the said method.
2. A defendant who violates the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) does not obtain a driver's license for a motor vehicle.
A. On February 5, 2016, the G Passenger Vehicle was stolen as described in paragraph 1 from the Gyeonggi-do Franchiscison to the ICIC located in Chungcheongnam-nam City, Chungcheongnam-do;
(b) drive the said car from Jongno-gu Seoul to the front day of the Logistics Center for the 10th day of the same month;
(c) drive the said car on the 28th day of the same month from the Seoul Buddhist District to the front day of the PC located in the area of Sungnam-si;
(d) on March 2, 2016, the location of the branch of Sung-nam-si.
