Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a B M& car.

On June 19, 2013, at around 00:55 on June 19, 2013, the Defendant was proceeding from the front side of the Seogdong 1075-50, Gangseo-gu, Seoul, Gangseo-gu to the intersection of Gangseo-gu to the parallel of two lanes between the breadth four lanes.
