A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. On June 20, 2014, at around 17:45, the Defendant: (a) stated that, before the victim D (n, 67 years of age) located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, the victim took a serious bath to the victim that he was able to contain the Defendant’s liverer from the Defendant’s liverera to the Defendant, and brought about a high conjection in the Defendant’s liverer; and (b) that, “Chewingly, she was released from the same dog, she was tightly pushed, and she was tightly pushed up,” and that the victim continued to take a scarcity that the victim laid down, and even though the victim was dead, the victim was able to take the her arms and horses, such as “Isia, the same year for the opening, and the YMM,” and subsequently, the victim took a serious bath that could not put in the Defendant’s liverer with the Defendant’s her fingerer by assaulting the victim’s chest over several times.

In the above time, at the above time and place, the Defendant: (a) stated that the victim E (73 years of age) who was the husband of D, who was the husband of D when the Defendant took a serious bath to D and did not hear it by exercising violence as above; (b) expressed the victim’s desire to “this son” at home; (c) made the victim’s stick her arm’s hand with the victim’s hand her arm’s hand, and (d) made the victim her sticked with the victim’s arm’s hand, and again, she suffered injury, such as the mouth of Y, which requires treatment for about six weeks, by having the victim go beyond the floor where the concrete mother is located.
