On June 15, 2012, at around 06:05, the Defendant driven a 10-meter distance from the road suitable for the Dogwon-gun located in the Dogwon-gun, Gyeongnam-gun, Gyeongnam-do, to the Dogwon-gun road located in the same Dogwon-gun, under the influence of alcohol concentration of blood alcohol content (0.129%) at around 06:05, to the road adjacent to the Dogwon-type located in the same Ri.
