The Defendant is a person driving a rocketing car.

On October 5, 2019, the Defendant driven the said vehicle under the influence of alcohol 0.123% in a section of about 1km from the road on which it is impossible to know about it to the Pyeongtaek-si special tourist zone on October 5, 2019 to the front of the same city.
