Defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On 14:52 on 21, 2018, the Defendant: (a) committed assault against the victim E, a police officer belonging to the police station of the Nansan District, who throw away cigarette butts on the street in front of the D pharmacy, who was a police officer belonging to the police station of the Nansan District, to impose the penalty for the violation of the Punishment of Minor Offenses Act; and (b) committed assault against the victim at the time of the victim’s humb "a foreign year, a starting year, a starting period," a going to be called "the victim's humb," and the victim's humb by hand.

Accordingly, the Defendant exercised assault and interfered with legitimate performance of official duties on the crackdown of basic order of the victim.
