All appeals are dismissed.

The grounds of appeal are examined.

1. According to the records on the Defendant’s appeal, the Defendant did not submit a petition of appeal to the lower court, and the Defendant submitted the title “the petition of appeal” and “the statement of grounds for appeal” to the Supreme Court on November 11, 2013, which was after the period for filing an appeal expires, to the extent that the period for filing an appeal has already expired, and thus, the Defendant’s appeal is unlawful, since it was filed after the period for filing an appeal has expired.

2. Examining the reasoning of the lower judgment on the grounds of appeal by the prosecutor in light of the records, it is acceptable to maintain the judgment of the first instance court that acquitted the Defendant on the ground that there was no proof of crime regarding the forgery of each private document in the name of O, P, and W among the facts charged in the instant case and the uttering of each falsified document. In so doing, contrary to what is alleged in the grounds of appeal, the lower court did not err by exceeding the bounds of the principle of free evaluation of evidence and exceeding the bounds of
