1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

2. On April 1, 2016, this Court has regard to cases where a request for suspension of compulsory execution is filed by this Court.

1. Basic facts

A. On June 10, 1995, the pertinent Plaintiff was married with the Defendant on June 10, 1995, but the agreement was married on June 22, 2015, and his/her child has D (E) and a minor F (G).

B. On December 4, 2014, the Plaintiff agreed with the Defendant as follows.

The letter of performance of agreement shall be submitted.

1. The Plaintiff’s share among H 672 square meters in Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-gun, the joint ownership of the Plaintiff and the Defendant, is donated to the Defendant (However, KRW 50,00,000, which was leased the above land and the above ground buildings as joint collateral) and the Plaintiff’s use of Class 2 neighborhood living facilities (office) of the land-type 133 square meters on the ground surface (hereinafter “instant building”) by the deadline for the Plaintiff’s demand for lease.

2. The building in Ulsan-gu I, Ulsan-gu, where the plaintiff and the defendant were living together, and the claim for the refund of deposit for lease deposit (100,000,000) in 102 are owned by the defendant.

3. The Plaintiff waives parental authority over D and F, a child.

4. For the living expenses and child support of D or F, 2,500,000 won shall be paid every month until the university graduate;

(Payment of the tuition fees for university). (c) It shall be paid separately.

On December 5, 2014, the Plaintiff prepared a notarial deed with a total of KRW 324,000,000 in total, including the total of KRW 274,000,000 and KRW 50,000 in support of the children’s living expenses and child support (including university registration fees) due to the divorce by agreement at the notary office C office of a notary public in December 5, 2014, and written a notarial deed with the content that the Plaintiff would pay money at each time of repayment as follows.

The time limit and method of performance.

1. Living expenses and child support of 2,500,000 won (total 210,000,000 won = 2,500,000 won per month x 84 times) over 84 times from April 1, 2015 to March 1, 202;

2. Condolence Money: 50,000,000 won on March 31, 2017;

3. KRW 8,00,000 on February 1, 2015;

4. KRW 8,00,000 on February 1, 2016;

5. KRW 8,00,000 on February 1, 2017;

6. KRW 16,00,000 on February 1, 2018

7. KRW 8,00,000 on February 1, 2019

8.20,000 won on February 1, 2020

9. Payment of KRW 8,00,000 each on February 1, 2021 (the total of KRW 324,00,000,000 each on the first order from February 1, 202)
