1. The Plaintiff:
A. Defendant B delivers each building listed in the separate sheet;
B. Defendant C shall each be listed in the separate sheet.
Reasons
1. On March 24, 2015, the Plaintiff acquired ownership of 2/6 shares of each building listed in the separate sheet, and the Defendants occupy each of the above buildings.

2. Accordingly, the Plaintiff, who is the co-owner of each of the above buildings, is an act of preservation and may claim the delivery and removal of each of the above buildings to the possessor. As such, Defendant B is obligated to deliver the above buildings to the Plaintiff, and Defendant C is obligated to leave the above buildings.
3. The plaintiff's claim is accepted on the grounds of conclusion or higher.
