Defendant
A is the chairperson of H University, Defendant B is a student attending the department of social welfare at H University; Defendant C is an executive member of the above group; Defendant C is a student attending the department of social welfare at H University; Defendant D is a student attending the department of social welfare at H University; Defendant D is a student attending the department of social education at H University; Defendant C is a student attending the department of social education at H University; and Defendant E is a student attending the department of national language at H University.
H The president of H University submitted a letter of apology to the board of directors of H private teaching institutes on December 31, 2015. From March 21, 2016 to March 24, 2016, four candidates (K, L, M, and N) of the president were held by the president from March 21, 2016 to March 24, 2016. As a result, 2,116 students, teachers, professors, etc. participated in the vote and became the first professor.
The above student group, the total student group, and the faculty council try to prepare the voting results as a public letter and receive them to the secretariat of the school juristic person council, but the secretariat rejected the receipt of public document on the ground that the election of the president is the inherent authority of the board of directors of the school juristic person.
In such a situation, as MM was elected by the board of directors of the school juristic person around March 31, 2016, the Defendants, who mainly participated in the above student group, were against the demand of the members of the school juristic person.
1. On March 28, 2016, Defendants A, B, D, and E’s primary special confinement: (a) find an office of the second floor secretariat of the H University W building in H University, including O, P, Q, R, S, T, U, etc., who is a student of H University, in order to resisting that the school foundation’s board of directors did not receive any official document stating the voting result; and (b) prevents the entrance of the secretariat by holding out relief, such as “The receipt of voting documents, and the receipt of formal documents,” and continuing to prevent the entrance of the secretariat, which is the director of the school foundation.
