A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On November 10, 2015, the Defendant issued a summary order of KRW 100,000,000 as a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act, and KRW 3 million as a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act, at the same court on January 14, 2016.

On October 5, 2016, at around 23:13:13, the Defendant driven a D SP car while under the influence of alcohol concentration of 0.108% without obtaining a driving license for about 10 meters in the nearest roads of the CP or the CP in the Net City B. In the future, the Defendant driven a D SP car while under the influence of alcohol level of 0.108%.
