A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for five years.

Seized knife (No. 1) and one knife (No. 2) shall be confiscated, respectively.

Punishment of the crime

From January 15, 1980, the Defendant continued a marital life with the victim C (n, 57 years of age) on and around May 23, 200 by forceing violence from time to time on and around May 23, 200, and was living together in a studio in Gwangju-gu E with the victim C or son D having no means of living. The victim C operated a restaurant with G from the first floor of the house and the cafeteria building located in the Seoul Northern-gu and the first floor of the cafeteria building in the cafeteria-gu, and lived with the victim H (49 years of age). D is residing on the first floor of the building.

Around July 2014, the Defendant: (a) hospitalized in the hospital at the end of the same day; (b) however, the Victim C was released from the hospital on the idea that he/she neglected to answer the hospital’s illness; and (c) on August 14, 2014, the Defendant was in possession of a excessive one (20cm in length, 8.5cm in length, 8.5cm in length and No. 1) that he/she was in custody of the said room at around 18:40 on August 14, 2014; and (d) requested the Victim C to recover a restaurant at around 19:10 on the same day, but the Victim C rejected the request.

Therefore, the Defendant turned on the Rabter, stating that “I will die. I will do so. I will do so. I will do so. I will do so.” The victim C's bucks sent back one time, and threatened the victim C's bucks, etc., and as D prevented it from reporting it, I left the above restaurant, stating that “I will see that I will see the death and death of the sale of the fish, and will see that I will do so.”

After that, the Defendant, at the store near the restaurant, she alone, thought that the victim C flicks himself/herself while drinking alcohol and flicked his/her own opinion, and was able to murder the victim C.

At around 20:17 on the same day, the Defendant confirmed that the gate leading to a house came on the front of the building, and confirmed the truck owned by D, which was installed at that place, was intruded into the house through the front door of the kitchen where the gate was not opened up to the 2nd floor, and then the victim C was waiting to return home from the gate.

The defendant returns home at around 22:00 on the same day by the victim C and H.
